Ex-work Factory price, distributor price.
For order during Feb. to May, you can apply use the 5% rebate during July to Dec.
Warranty
Standard product offers 5 years factory warranty.
Coza’s optional products is to give customer more creative design and more custom-made experience. Optional products offers 2-3 years warranty only.
Order
For new customer, you might want to order some sample for quality check. Coza will offer you sample package for most efficiency quality check. (We offer 3 times for new customer)
Our MOQ is 10000 USD for project order. We will require customer to pay handling charge when is project order doesn’t meet OMQ.

Coza’s price is based on Ex-work factory.
For customer who wants Coza’s Shipping service. We offer DDU express shipment. 3-7days door to door shipment from DHL. UPS, FedEx.
Air Transportation shipment, factory to customer’s closest air port. (medium volume orders, old customer only)
Sea ship.factory to customer’s closest port. (old customer only)
Train Ship.
Sea ship+truck factory to customer’s warehouse. (door to door, old customer only)
Brand Name warantee and Defective rate
We offer most of our standard products 5 years warrantee. So far with brand name Coza Victoria brand name on the product, defective rate is less than 0.01%.
Quality control
Coza has our own quality control policy. Product with Brand name Coza Victora logo needs to follow Coza team's quality control instruction. Goal " inside is nicer than outside".
